WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a series of powerful conversations in a safe, supportive and confidential space. By deep discussion and exploration around each of the areas in your life, we uncover what’s important to you, what’s working and what’s stopping you moving forward. With curiosity, active listening and insightful questioning I use my coaching training and experience to help you understand yourself more fully, reassess and recognise your own strengths and values. With this deeper understanding comes an ability to build resilience, self esteem and self confidence.


I provide a solutions focused coaching journey over six sessions. The journey begins with an indepth discovery session and inspiring goal setting before moving on to development plans and action setting in the further sessions.  It is my role as your coach to guide you, support you and challenge you, to unlock your potential and empower you to move forward with greater clarity, focus and motivation.
